摘要

Abstract

The transfer and handover of surgical patients is an important part in the daily operation of hospitals,and its safety and efficiency are directly related to the life safety of patients and the quality of medical services.For the problems such as lack of information transparency,unclear handover and low efficiency in the traditional manual handover methods,a transfer and handover management system for surgical patients is designed and implemented.It comprehensively analyzes the sources of surgical patients,connects various clinical business systems,and establishes an information process management that includes patient information,carried items,pipe conditions,and fixation conditions during transfer and handover between the ward,emergency room,operating room,and recovery room.By using message push and interface docking,the system connects the surgical anesthesia system,the Hospital Information System(HIS),the nursing management system,the emergency room nursing system and the surgical nursing system,and it can accomplish the transfer and handover of surgical patients in different conditions.Through information methods,the system achieves the closed-loop management of the whole process from preoperative preparation to postoperative recovery for surgical patients,and improves the safety and efficiency of transfer and handover.
