摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between cortical computed tomography cerebral perfusion imaging(CTP)features and the functional outcomes in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods A total of 150 patients with SAH at Quzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research object.According to the functional outcomes of the patients, they were divided into two groups:the good prognosis group(97 cases)and the poor prognosis group(53 cases). The clinical data and CTP characteristics of the two groups were compared, and the correlation between cortical CTP characteristics and functional outcomes of SAH patients was analyzed. Results The poor prognosis group had higher proportions of hypertension and delayed cerebral ischemia, and longer clinic time than the good prognosis group(χ2/t=6.705,10.286,5.730;all P<0.05).Cortical CTP showed that the poor prognosis group had lower cerebral blood flow(CBF)and longer mean time through(MTT)than the good prognosis group(t=2.921,2.722;both P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension, clinic time, and delayed cerebral ischemia,CBF and MTT were the influencing factors of poor outcomes(OR=2.441,1.254,5.104,0.868,1.571;all P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)values for clinic time,CBF,and MTT were 0.744,0.742,and 0.707,respectively,indicating that these parameters may have predictive value for poor functional outcomes in SAH patients. Conclusion In addition to hypertension, clinic time, and delayed cerebral ischemia, cortical CTP features, including CBF and MTT are influencing factors for the functional outcomes in SAH patients.关键词
