摘要
Abstract
The occurrence of intracranial aneurysms has a serious impact on the physical and mental health of patients,and a number of studies have been conducted to investigate its pathogenesis and risk of rupture.Inflammation is central to the development of vascular-related diseases,and it has been shown that increased immune cell infiltration and changes in the composition of the immune cell population are strongly associated with rupture of intracranial aneurysms.Various immune cells and cytokines interact with each other,and through intercellular communication or specific cytokines,they influence the efficacy and activity of their own cells and other cells,constituting an intricate immune-regulatory network that influences the development of intracranial aneurysms.Through in-depth study of the mechanisms of these immune cells and cytokines and precise intervention on cellular or molecular targets,the formation rate and rupture risk of intracranial aneurysms can be effectively reduced,and new ideas and methods for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms can be provided.关键词
