摘要
Abstract
The cultivation of professional talents of ideological and political education empowered by digital technology is the real-istic need of the development of ideological and political work in the new era.The inherent advantages of digital technology can not only promote the professional ability of ideological and political education professionals and expand the knowledge structure,but also provide support for the construction of collaborative training mode.At present,the problems existing in the training process of ideological and political education professionals empowered by digital technology,such as the setting of ideological goals,the qual-ity of teaching resources,the way of digital empowerment,and the reform of digital evaluation,hinder the improvement of the training quality of ideological and political education professionals under the digital background.Colleges and universities need to find a breakthrough way to cultivate talents of ideological and political education by clearly setting concept goals,improving the quality of teaching resources,improving digital empowerment methods,and innovating training and evaluation system.关键词
