人格矫治目标下罪错未成年人分级处遇标准的优化
Optimization of Graded Intervention Standards for Juvenile Delinquents under the Objective of Personality Rehabilitation
摘要
Abstract
Personality rehabilitation emphasizes repairing intrinsic personality deviations in minors through psy-chological interventions and cognitive restructuring.The graded intervention system for juvenile delinquents should fundamentally aim at personality rehabilitation,yet current behavior-based frameworks exhibit struc-tural deficiencies:overreliance on behavioral consequences while neglecting personality trait variations,and failure to develop personalized intervention protocols incorporating individual factors.To address these issues,this study proposes a dual-criterion framework integrating"behavioral harmfulness+personality traits".Fol-lowing preliminary categorization by behavioral severity,psychological assessment tools should evaluate per-sonality characteristics,accompanied by establishing a scientific risk assessment framework for minors.This approach ultimately facilitates differentiated rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs.关键词
