基于院线及在线视频平台的电影版权保护新范式研究
Research towards a new paradigm of copyright protection based on piracy of digital cinema and online video platform
摘要
Abstract
In order to correspond to the new problems faced by films from rapid developing digital cinema and online video platforms,and to explore the application of technology upgrading and policy collaborating,this paper focuses on digital wa-termarking technology,and summarizes the concepts,technological characteristics and recent research status based on the application scenarios of films from digital cinema and online video platforms.This paper studies through the challenges of copyright protection faced by films from digital cinema and online video platforms at present,and proposes a new para-digm of integrating traditional copyright protection technology with emerging technologies and applications to clarify the ne-cessity of technology integration and upgrading.It also advocates to respond to the requirements of relevant departments,combining special actions towards film piracy,amendments along with publicity to related laws and regulation,aiming at forming a full chain protection system,in order to provide theoretical reference for the integrated development of copyright protection technology in the film and television industry.关键词
