New Quality Productivity Enabling High-Quality Development of Coal Industry:Focus Points and Practical Advances

摘要

Abstract

As a bottom-up energy source for the development of national economy and society,the main position of coal in China's energy consumption will not change in the short term,and the demand for the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry and high-quality development is becoming increasingly urgent.At present,there is an urgent need to develop new-quality productivity compatible with the high-quality development of the coal industry,and enhance the ability to adapt to the environment,manage disasters,and rationally utilize natural resources.New quality productivity can not only improve the efficiency of the coal industry,but also protect the rights and interests of vulnerable groups,balance regional development,and promote a just transition in which"no one is left behind".Specifically,the enabling role of new quality productivity focuses on five focus points:safety,innovation,digital intelligence,green and integration,and the specific paths include:promoting the intelligent data chain to stimulate the kinetic energy of industrial development;promoting the quality of the green capital chain to enrich the supply of industrial development;promoting the extension of the chain of innovative talents to explore the potential for industrial development;promoting the improvement of the chain of policies and mechanisms to ensure the healthy development of the industry;and promoting the upgrading of the coal industry chain to magnify the benefits of industrial development.
