智能驾驶技术的道德困境及其消解路径
The Moral Dilemma of Intelligent Driving Technology and Its Dissolution Paths
摘要
Abstract
Intelligent driving technology is expected to make our life more convenient,however,the ethical dilemmas faced during its development lay hidden dangers for the popularization of the technology.We can start from three different dilemmas:the tram dilemma,the flyover dilemma,and the tunnel dilemma,and analyze them with three mainstream rule-based ethical theories as tools.According to Consequentialism,Deontology and Virtue Ethics,three main approaches to solving the dilemmas can be analyzed.However,the algorithms designed on the basis of the two single ethical theories,Consequentialism and Deontology,have limitations,while the Virtue Ethics algorithm is hardly a direct guide to practice.Three more innovative algorithms are the ethical knob,the braking dynamics algorithm,and Rayburn's Rawlsian algorithm.These algorithms also have certain problems,and we can explore the path of dilemma dissolution based on reflecting and modifying them.关键词
