老龄化对家庭消费碳排放的影响研究
Study on the Impact of Aging on Carbon Emissions from Household Consumption
摘要
Abstract
Population aging is an important trend of social development and a basic national condition of China in the longer term future,with important and far-reaching impacts on economic and social development.We sort out and supplement the existing mechanisms of the impact of aging on household carbon emissions,distinguish and compare the impact of aging on the household level through the analysis of the heterogeneity of the household structure.On this basis,based on the consumption data of CFPS 2012-2022,we analyze the impact of aging on the consumption emissions by using a variety of metrics,and conclude as follows:the aging of households has a significant negative impact on household Per capita consumption emissions,and health care,education and entertainment are the areas where the consumption emissions of the elderly are higher;the per capita emissions of families with the elderly in two-generation households with a family size of 5-6 persons are the lowest relative to other types of families.Against the backdrop of China's efforts to boost consumption,and in the face of the general trend of smaller and older households,it is necessary not only to vigorously develop the silver-hair economy,but also to anticipate and respond to the complex effects of the increase in the amount of older households and empty-nesting elderly households,especially the problems of diseconomies of scale and per capita emissions arising from the increase in the amount of small elderly households.关键词
