Abstract
In recent years,global climate change and rapid urbanization have led to frequent urban waterlogging and increasing disaster losses year by year.Grand Airport Planning Area is located in Bao'an District,Shenzhen,but the terrain is low-lying,the river system is complex,and the water conservancy engineering facilities are incomplete.Frequent floods and waterlogging disasters have led to the deterioration of the river ecological environment.With the improvement of regional development positioning,existing relevant plans are no longer able to meet the water system governance needs of Grand Airport Planning Area.The urban rainfall and flood model,as a key technology for solving urban waterlogging problems,has been widely applied and studied both domestically and internationally.In response to the diversion and flood control project for the new urban area of Grand Airport,the technical feasibility of different engineering schemes was compared,and the optimal scheme was selected based on regional reality,followed by a comprehensive evaluation of its effectiveness.It aims to provide comprehensive guidance for engineering construction,ensure flood control safety,ecological environment protection,and urban sustainable development of the new urban area of the airport.关键词
