摘要

Abstract

The original design standards of Liyutan Reservoir were low,the supporting facilities were incomplete,the facilities were aging,and the channel leakage was severe.Most of the branch channels are still earthen channels,and some channels have become ineffective and scrapped.The management facilities along the channel are not compatible,making it difficult to manage.The canal system buildings are aging and have low utilization rates,and the irrigation system is completely unable to meet the crop water diversion and irrigation needs of 7.5×104 acres of farmland in the irrigation area.Therefore,it is necessary to continue the construction and water-saving renovation of the main and branch canals,as well as various canal system buildings in Liyutan Reservoir irrigation area.By continuing the construction of supporting facilities and water-saving renovations in the irrigation area,and strictly controlling the technical quality requirements for the construction of retaining walls,open channel lining,and pipe culverts during the upgrading and renovation of supporting facilities,the project can fully realize the comprehensive benefits of the irrigation area.
