西南民族地区易地扶贫搬迁农户后续发展绩效评价及影响因素研究
A Study on the Performance Evaluation and Factors Influencing the Follow-up Development of Farmers in Ethnic Minority Areas in Southwest China Under the Policy of Relocating for Poverty Alleviation:Based on the Survey Data of 1 012 Households

Abstract
Poverty alleviation relocation is the"premier project"in the battle against poverty.Currently,over 9.6 million impoverished people have essentially completed the first step of being relocated,while achieving stability and prosperity remains the focus of subsequent work.Based on survey from 1012 rural households relocated for poverty alleviation in ethnic areas of Southwest China,an indicator system was constructed for evaluating the performance of post-relocation development.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and ordered logistic model were used to assess the performance of post-relocation development and analyze its main influencing factors.The results indicate that:1)The performance evaluation score of post-relocation development in ethnic minority areas of Southwest China is 3.9231,falling between av-erage and relatively satisfactory.Among the dimensions evaluated,the ecological livability scores the highest,while the industrial development scores the lowest.2)Individual family characteristics,resettlement industry and employment,living environment,public services and farmers'social adaptation factors have a direct impact on the subsequent development performance of the relocated households.Among them,the positive impact of farmers'income and consumption levels and employment opportunities after relocation on subsequent development performance is particularly significant.3)Different relocation and resettlement methods indirectly affect the performance evaluation of post-relocation development by alter-ing the facilities in new residential areas and inter-ethnic relationships.Therefore,in subsequent support work,poverty eradication and rural revitalization should be actively promoted,and efforts should focus on strengthening industrial assis-tance to promote employment and wealth generation;the multi-ethnic integration should be facilitated to accelerate social inclusion;the differentiated assistance should be implemented with accurate classification of policies.关键词
