Progress in application of pan immune inflammation value
摘要
Abstract
Immune inflammation serves as a critical factor in the initiation and progression of a multitude of diseases.The pan-immune inflammation value(PIV),a newly emerging biomarker,offers a holistic portrayal of systemic inflammation and immune status through the integration of neutrophil,monocyte,lymphocyte,and platelet measurements obtained from circulating blood.Initially,the utility of PIV was predominantly recognized in the realm of oncological con-ditions.However,with the increasing understanding of its potential and the ease of obtaining numerical values,the appli-cation of PIV in other disease contexts has progressively gained attention.This article endeavors to provide a thorough ex-amination of PIV's utilization across diverse pathologies,thereby enhancing its efficacy in clinical practice.关键词
