Abstract
This paper expounds the importance and necessity of speeding up the innovation and perfection of the natural resources supervision system,on the basis of sorting out local practice and results,makes an in-depth analysis of the construction of the natural resources supervision system in the new era,and puts forward the construction of the"three levels and nine categories"of natural resources supervision system in China and suggestions for improving the mechanism.The"three levels"refer national level,provincial level and city level with districts;the"nine categories"refer land supervisions,mineral resources supervision,marine supervision,forest(natural protected areas,national parks)supervision,grassland(wetlands)supervision,water resources supervision,territorial space planning supervision,territorial space eco-restoration and protection supervision,and supervision of natural resources assets owned by the whole people.At the same time,it is necessary to innovate and improve the relevant working mechanisms by adhering to the fundamental purpose and core value of the natural resources supervision system,enhancing the effectiveness and authority of natural resources supervision,and improving the ability and quality of supervision cadres.关键词
