摘要

Abstract

The shear behavior and interaction mechanism of composite lattice structures were studied under in-plane shear loads by tests and numerical simulations.The damage failure courses and failure modes of matrix body centered cube(BCC)structures were analyzed experimentally.Using BCC cell structure as matrix,the influences of the diameter of chimeric structures on shear strength and shear modulus of composite structures were investigated by means of chimeric structure.Finally,the reliability of finite element analysis was verified by face centered cubic(FCC)structure tests,and the interaction mechanism of FCC-BCC structures was explored under in-plane shear loads.The tes-ting results show that the mosaicism amang structures enhances the bearing capacity of the composite lattice structures,and influences the strains of the composite structures.The ultimate shear strength of FCC-BCC and simple cube-body centered cube(SC-BCC)are as 159%and 80%higher than that of the matrix respectively when the diameter size of the structural rods are both 0.45 mm.
