Abstract
Immunoglobulin A(IgA)nephropathy is a common primary glomerular disease.Because the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy is still unclear,it is difficult to study the pharmacodynamics of IgA nephropathy through an ideal non-clinical pharmacodynamic model.In order to provide non-clinical efficacy research and development reference for IgA nephropathy drugs,the non-clinical pharmacodynamic research and development of IgA nephropathy drugs,non-clinical efficacy model,clinical and non-clinical efficacy evaluation index of overseas marketed products in recent years are introduced in this paper.关键词
