Effects of External Application of Ramie Endophytic Bacteria on the Ramie Growth in the Field

Abstract
In order to explore the effect of ramie endophytic bacteria on the growth of ramie in the field,this experiment used a strain of Bacillus megaterium isolated from the stem of ramie,by which ramie was root irrigated in the field.Two treatments of Bacillus megaterium(C1)and LB(Luria-Ber-tani)liquid medium(CK)were set up.Fifty days after the first treatment on ramie,the agronomic traits and physiological indexes of the plants were collected and determined,and the soil nutrients and soil en-zyme activities were measured,and the effects of external application of endophytic bacteria on the growth of ramie in the field were analyzed.The results showed that C1 could significantly increase the plant height,stem diameter,fresh skin weight and dry skin weight of ramie.Compared with CK,the activity of soil neutral phosphatase in C1 treatment increased,while that of urease decreased.Correlation analysis showed that the activities of the two enzymes were significantly related to ramie yield.The changes of soil nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium elements also showed that the ramie treated with C1 had a stronger a-bility to absorb soil nutrients.The endogenous B.megaterium in ramie can promote the growth of ramie,and the experimental results are expected to lay a theoretical foundation for the development and utiliza-tion of ramie endophytes and promote the development of ramie industry.关键词
