重大呼吸道传染病事件中感染者症状严重程度感知及其影响因素分析
Perceived severity of symptoms and its influencing factors among infected individuals in major respiratory infectious disease outbreaks

Abstract
.Objective To investigate the severity of symptoms among individuals infected during major respiratory infectious disease outbreaks and the factors influencing this severity,and to propose intervention recom-mendations accordingly.Methods In 2023,data were collected nationwide using convenience and snowball sam-pling methods.The SPSS 27.0 software was utilized for analysis,Chi-square tests and binary logistic regression employed to explore the factors affecting symptom severity.Results The analysis results revealed that 33.5％of the respondents experienced severe symptoms.Nine factors,including history of chronic bronchitis,occupational exposure,low psychological resilience,high anxiety level,poor sleep quality,specific exercise habits,and per-ceptions of inadequate medical resources,were significantly associated with symptom severity.Specifically,indi-viduals with chronic bronchitis(OR=2.480)and those with lower psychological resilience(OR=1.623)were more likely to report severe symptoms,whereas regular engagement in stretching exercises was linked to milder symptoms(OR=0.562).Conclusions It is recommended to establish support systems targeting high-risk popu-lations,enhance mental health education and support,provide personalized guidance on physical activities,and a-dopt a multifaceted approach to reduce the severity of symptoms.关键词
