Big data and artificial intelligence in health emergency data governance:The dilemmas and countermeasures based on social network analysis

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the core challenges of big data and artificial intelligence in health emergency data governance,with the goal of providing strategic support for building a more robust and effi-cient health emergency response system.Methods We employed social network analysis to analyze in depth and present visually 41 highly relevant papers retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)da-tabase.By constructing a literature network graph,we revealed the centrality and importance ranking of various challenges.Results Through meticulous literature review and comprehensive synthesis,we identified 66 major challenges in the field of health emergency data governance.Furthermore,social network analysis allowed us to pinpoint five core challenges,including data silos and information barriers,technique and management issues,se-rious privacy disclosure,data quality problems,and limited application of information technology in health emer-gency management.Conclusions To enhance the effectiveness of big data and artificial intelligence in health e-mergency data governance,future efforts should focus on breaking down data silos,strengthening cross-departmen-tal collaboration and data sharing mechanisms,improving technique and management capabilities,enhancing pri-vacy protection,addressing data quality issues,and exploring the innovative applications of information technology in the field of health emergency response,so as to elevate the efficiency and intelligence of health emergency re-sponse systems.关键词
