共同富裕背景下浙江省各地级市医疗卫生资源配置效率及影响因素研究
Allocation efficiency of healthcare resources and its influencing factors in prefecture-level cities of Zhejiang Province under the background of common prosperity

Abstract
Objective To narrow the regional gap in the allocation efficiency of healthcare resources in Zhejiang Province,to achieve high-quality balanced development of the medical and health services in Zhejiang Province,and to provide reference for creating"a sample of healthy Zhejiang"with the characteristic of common prosperity.Methods The three-stage DEA model and the MALMQUIST index model were used to measure the allocation efficiency of healthcare resources in each prefecture-level city of Zhejiang Province at the static and dy-namic levels respectively,and the Tobit regression model was used to investigate the factors affecting the allocation efficiency,and a robustness test was carried out.Results In 2022,the average value of static comprehensive technical efficiency in Zhejiang Province was 0.938 0,the average value of pure technical efficiency was 0.970 3,and the average value of scale efficiency was 0.966 2.The overall healthcare resource allocation efficiency in Zhe-jiang Province during the period of 2018-2022 showed a decreasing trend.The aging of population and the total retail scale of consumer goods were positively related to the allocation efficiency of healthcare resources.The num-ber of new urban employment was negatively correlated with the allocation efficiency of healthcare resources,and there was no significant correlation between per capita GDP and the allocation efficiency of healthcare resources.Conclusions The dominant factors affecting the gap in the allocation efficiency of healthcare resources among the prefectural-level cities are analyzed and summarized and targeted suggestions are put forward from three perspec-tives,namely the government's rational formulation of healthcare resource allocation planning,upgraded technical innovation capacity in the field of healthcare,and rational use or improvement of the internal and external environ-ments of Zhejiang Province.关键词
