整体性治理理论视域下我国医疗联合体的发展特征及探究
Development characteristics and exploration of medical consortium in China from the perspective of holistic governance theory:A text analysis based on NVivo

Abstract
Objective Under the background of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy,through ex-ploring the development status of medical consortium in China,we aim to propose development strategies to im-prove the construction of medical consortium.Methods A two-dimensional analysis framework was formed on the basis of the holistic governance theory and the multiple streams framework,and NVivo20 software was used to con-duct word frequency analysis and coding analysis on the policy texts related to medical consortium,and to explore the developmental timeline of medical consortium and its internal and external features.Results The development of medical consortium in China was summarized in three stages:the formation stage(2013-2017),the coordina-tion stage(2018-2020),and the integration stage(2021-).At present,the construction of medical consorti-um revealed an imbalance in grass-roots service capacities,highlighting the necessity for establishing a family doc-tor support network;relatively nascent medical consortium of traditional Chinese medicine,underscoring the neces-sity for broadening the channels for resource and talent acquisition;inadequate resource sharing,stressing the need to innovate cooperative mechanisms for medical resources;and relatively limited integration of information technol-ogy,indicating a need to promote intelligent healthcare services.Conclusions In the process of extracting new insights from the policy texts,this study summarized the development characteristics and limitations of medical consortium,and put forward targeted proposals to provide reference for the improvement of its construction.关键词
