Abstract
Objective To explore the coupled and coordinated relationship between equalization of public health services,regional economic development,and personnel distribution in China.Methods Entropy method,obstacle degree model,and modified coupling coordination model were adopted respectively to analyze the equali-zation of public health services,economic development,population distribution development level,obstacle fac-tors,and coupling coordination relationship in China from 2012 to 2021.Results The equalization of public health services and economic development in China showed an upward trend,with the average comprehensive inde-xes rising from 0.209 and 0.155 in 2012 to 0.312 and 0.342 in 2021,respectively,while the development of population distribution showed a downward trend,with the comprehensive index decreasing from 0.473 in 2012 to 0.349 in 2021,indicating that the development of the three was not synchronized.Obstacle factor identification found that per capita total health expenditure,number of health institutions per 10000 people,gross domestic product,and population size were the main obstacles affecting the development of the three.The coordination a-mong the development of the three was gradually increasing,with the average coupling coordination degree rising from 0.30 in 2012 to 0.45 in 2021.Conclusions Each province should dynamically adjust the allocation of pub-lic health resources according to population distribution on the basis of economic development,in order to promote the coordinated development of the three.关键词
