医疗非正式支付行为的影响因素研究
Influencing factors for informal medical payment behavior

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors for informal medical payment behavior from the perspective of residents,and to provide scientific basis for the governance of such problem in China.Methods We extracted data from the China Social Survey(CSS)database on residents who had medical treatment behavior in 2021,and used chi square test and logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors for informal medi-cal payment behavior.Results A total of 5 811 residents were included in the study,with 286(4.92％)resi-dents engaged in informal medical payment behavior.Age,household registration,type of residence and evaluation of social morality were significant influencing factors for informal payments(P＜0.05).Conclusions It is vital to carry out health education activities for residents,improve the social security system and strengthen vocational education for medical personnel.关键词
