我国老年人多维健康贫困现状及影响因素研究
Current situation and influencing factors of multidimensional health poverty among the elderly in China

Abstract
Objective To explore the current situation of multidimensional health poverty among the eld-erly in China and its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for its improvement.Methods Using data from the 2018 China Health and Reirement Longitudinal Study,we constructed a multidimensional health poverty indi-cator system for the elderly that included physical health,mental health,and social health,measured the current status of multidimensional health poverty among the elderly using the A-F double bounds method,and used chi-square tests and binary logistic regression analyses to explore the related influencing factors.Results A total of 3,937 seniors aged 60 years and older were included after screening,and the results of the A-F double bounds method of measurement showed that the multidimensional health poverty index for the elderly was 0.365,and the incidence of multidimensional health poverty was 63.27％.The results of multifactorial analysis showed that ad-vanced age(OR=1.624,95％CI:1.274～2.070)was a risk factor for multidimensional health poverty among the elderly,and that primary school education and above(OR=0.596,95％CI:0.505～0.703),living in the east region of China(OR=0.637,95％CI:0.538～0.754),living in towns and cities(OR=0.706,95％CI:0.583～0.857),higher annual household income(OR=0.704,95％CI:0.568～0.873),participation in old-age in-surance(OR=0.690,95％CI:0.550～0.866),and use of community-based old-age services(OR=0.608,95％CI:0.515～0.717)were protective factors for multidimensional health poverty among the elderly.Conclu-sions The incidence of multidimensional health poverty among the elderly in China is high,and it is important to focus on preventive and control measures for high-risk groups,to strengthen the health management of the elderly,to attach importance to their physical,psychological and social health,to continuously improve the primary medi-cal and health-care service system,to enhance the coverage of the social old-age care system,to promote commu-nity-based old-age care services,and to actively carry out health-knowledge education,so as to reduce the inci-dence of multidimensional health poverty among the elderly.关键词
