摘要

Abstract

Vaccines represent a crucial strategy for the prevention and control of infectious dis-eases,with a significant impact on the health of humans and livestock.The emergence of new infectious diseases in recent years has been a major cause of economic loss and negative social impact.Therefore,it is of utmost importance to leverage novel technologies to swiftly design and develop vaccines against the emergence of infectious diseases.The recent development of structural vaccinology is a novel approach to vaccine research that enables the expedient design of vaccines with comprehensive antigenic structure and protective efficacy,facilitating timely disease prevention and control.This paper presents a comprehensive review of the advancements in structural vaccinology research.
