2022-2024年西南地区部分规模化猪场健康猪群4种重要疫病的病原学调查与分析
Pathogen Survey and Analysis of Four Major Diseases in Healthy Pig Populations from Some Large-Scale Pig Farms in Southwest China from 2020 to 2024

Abstract
In animal disease prevention and control,regular pathogen testing provides clear early warning signals for large-scale pig farms before outbreaks or during the early stages of disease onset.This study focuses on pathogen surveillance of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),pseudorabies virus(PRV),classical swine fever virus(CSFV),and hepatitis E virus(HEV)in healthy pig populations from large-scale pig farms in Chongqing,Sichuan,and Guizhou in Southwest China.From March to May of 2022,2023,and 2024,5 349 whole blood samples and 4 275 nasal swab samples were collected from 47 large-scale pig farms across 10 districts and counties in Southwest China.Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was performed to detect PRRSV,PRV,CSFV,and HEV in all samples.The results showed that PRRSV,PRV,and CSFV have been effectively controlled in Southwest China.The positive rate of classic PRRSV(C-PRRSV)in clinically healthy pigs was 0.22%(4/1 811)in 2022,0.27%(5/1 831)in 2023,and 0(0/1 707)in 2024.The positive rate for highly pathogenic PRRSV(HP-PRRSV)was 0.28%(5/1 811)in 2022,0.16%(3/1 831)in 2023,and 0.18%(3/1 707)in 2024.The positive rate for PRV was 0.07%(1/1 505)in 2022,0.19%(3/1 541)in 2023,and 0(0/1 229)in 2024.The positive rate for CSFV was 0.28%(5/1 811)in 2022,0(0/1 831)in 2023,and 0(0/1 707)in 2024.However,the positive rate for HEV showed an upward trend,increasing from 0.11%(2/1 811)in 2022,to 0.44%(8/1 831)in 2023,and 1.23%(21/1 707)in 2024.The results indicate that large-scale pig farms in Southwest China have effectively prevented and eradicated PRRSV,PRV,and CSFV.However,sporadic detection of these viruses is still possible in areas with high pig mobility.Meanwhile,the rapid increase in HEV positive rates should raise high concern among farm managers,and further strengthening of HEV monitoring and control is needed.关键词
