3例中西医结合治疗犬免疫介导性血小板减少症的病例分析
Case Analysis of Three Dogs with Immune Thrombocytopenia Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
This paper retrospectively analyzes three cases of refractory immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)in dogs.All cases exhibited clinical signs of localized hemorrhage such as cutaneous ecchymosis and showed extremely low platelet counts(PLT),with Case 1 presenting severe hematuria.ITP was diagnosed through laboratory tests and exclusion of other diseases.Cases 1 and 2 showed poor response to glucocorticoid monotherapy,while Case 3 developed iatrogenic Cushing's syndrome due to prolonged steroid use.All three cases were treated using syndrome differentiation and therapy of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine(TCVM)combined with conventional Western medicine.PLT levels returned to normal within 12 days.In addition,cutaneous ecchymosis disappeared in all three cases;hematuria in Case 1 was completely resolved,and appetite loss was alleviated.These findings suggest that an integrated approach combining Chinese and Western medicine may be effective in the treatment of canine ITP and could provide a novel clinical strategy for its management.关键词
