Abstract
The comprehensive application of methods such as aided thresholds,real ear measurement,speech tests,and questionnaire assessment can more comprehensively reflect the development of auditory and speech abilities of hearing-impaired children after using hearing instruments.Questionnaire assessment,due to its ease of administration and ability to reflect the auditory and speech performance of hearing-impaired children in daily life,is widely used in evaluating rehabilitation outcomes of hearing-impaired children.This study used the aforementioned scales to assess the auditory and speech abilities of hearing-impaired children with normal cochlear structure who underwent cochlear implantation at different ages(before 3 years old and between 3~6 years old)across various evaluation stages within five years post-surgery and summarized their development patterns.In the future,the development patterns of auditory and speech abilities of hearing-impaired children with inner ear malformations after cochlear implantation can also be summarized to form more complete data for the comparison and guidance of individual hearing and speech rehabilitation training outcomes after cochlear implantation in hearing-impaired children.关键词
