青少年语前聋人工耳蜗植入患者听觉言语康复效果观察研究
The Effects of Auditory Speech Rehabilitation in Adolescent Prelingually Deafened with Cochlear Implantation

Abstract
Objective To explore the methods and effects of hearing and speech rehabilitation in prelingually Deafened Late Implanted Cochlear Implant User,so as to provide referential experience for such patients to return to the world of sound.Methods 9 elderly patients with prelingual deafness were included in the study.After 40 days of hearing and speech rehabilitation training,SIR,CAP,MAIS,MUSS,NCIQ,SSQ were collected before training,1 month and 3 months after training.The hearing aid threshold was measured before training,2 weeks and 4 weeks after the begin of training.Results Compared with before training,the hearing threshold of 4 patients was significantly improved after 4 weeks.Compared with before training,after three months,1 patient's NCIQ increased,5 patients'MUSS improved,2 patients'MAIS improved,and all patients'SSQ did not improve significantly.Conclusion Short-term hearing and speech rehabilitation training can improve the hearing and speech ability of some elderly patients with prelingual deafness,and most patients need long-term continuous rehabilitation training to improve their quality of life.In addition,there is an urgent need to develop new rehabilitation training means to speed up this rehabilitation process,and the home-school collaborative full-scene multi-element online rehabilitation platform is expected to achieve this goal.关键词
