连续性θ爆发刺激治疗帕金森患者构音障碍的临床研究
A Clinical Study on Continuous θ Burst Stimulation Combined for the Treatment of Articulation Disorders in Parkinson's Patients

Abstract
Objective Exploring and analyzing the application effect of continuous Theta Burst Stimulation(cTBS)combined with language training in the treatment of articulation disorders in Parkinson's patients.Methods A total of 110 Parkinson's patients with dysarthria who underwent treatment at the hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected.They were andomly divided into a control group(language training,55 cases)and a study group(cTBS combined with language training,55 cases)using a computer.Compare the motor and speech functions of the articulation organs between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the study group had a higher score for French Dysphhria Assessment(FDA)compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The speech content scores of Part Ⅱ (daily life)and Part Ⅲ(exercise examination)of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of cTBS and language training can improve the motor function of the articulatory organs in patients with Parkinson's articulation disorder and enhance their speech function.关键词
