基于项目反应理论的汉语版西方失语症成套测试初探
Preliminary Investigation to Western Aphasia Battery-Chinese:Based on Item Response Theory

Abstract
Objective To develop a shortened WAB-C version(PNAT)using IRT for efficient aphasia assessment.Methods We selected 100 items from WAB-C(yes/no question,word recognition,and object naming)and then applied Mokken scale analysis to building a Monotone homogeneity model(MHM).Optimized 4-parametric IRT model was selected through model-data fitting and model-model comparison.Results The sample contained 116 individuals.The optimum pIRM was a 4-parametric logistic model(4PLM)composed of 66 items.The dichotomous 66-item form had good reliability with Cronbach'sα=0.9707 and latent class reliability coefficient(LCRC)=0.9817.The values of person ability(θ)were estimated.Clinical insights from the item-person mapping were discussed with a specific case.Conclusion The 66-item shortened WAB-C offers a new option for the efficient application in clinical scenarios.The IRT-driven 4PLM bridges evaluation to personalize therapy planning.关键词
