Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of constructing health education graphic book based on knowledge visualization in improving elderly patients with hearing impairment caused by cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A group comparative trial was conducted on 112 elderly patients with hearing impairment caused by cerebral hemorrhage admitted to XX Hospital.The cases were collected from October 2022 to September 2024.Te patient were randomly divided into two groups:the research group(56 cases)and the reference group(56 cases)receiving regular health education.Disease-related knowledge and behavior,hearing recovery,(Chinese version of POMS),coping style(Chinese version of MCMQ),quality of life before and after intervention(Chinese version of Health Effectiveness Index-HUI3)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the research group had higher levels of disease-related knowledge,beliefs,and behaviors compared to the control group,better hearing rehabilitation,lower Profile of Mood States(POMS)scores compared to the control group,and significantly improved face-to-face scores in the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)and the Chinese version of the Health Utility Index Mark 3(HUI3)scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with hearing impairment caused by cerebral hemorrhage,not only can the application of health education book based on knowledge visualization can not only improve their disease-related knowledge and behavior level,improve their mood state and coping style,but also actively promote the recovery of hearing and guarantee their quality of life.关键词
