听障儿童家长亲职压力与心理灵活性的关系研究
Relationship between Parental Stress and Psychological Flexibility in Parents of Hearing Impaired Children

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of parental stress in parents of hearing-impaired children,and to analyze the relationship between parental stress and psychological flexibility.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted on 135 parents of hearing-impaired children using Parental Stress Scale,Acceptance Action Questionnaire-Ⅱ(AAQ-Ⅱ),and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ).Results Parental stress among 47.4%of parents of hearing-impaired children were at high and very high level.There were significant differences in parental stress among parents of hearing-impaired children with different education level and per capita monthly household income(P<0.01);The total score of parental stress and three dimensions including parental distress,dysfunctional parent-child interaction and difficult children among parents of hearing-impaired children were significantly positively correlated with empirical avoidance and cognitive integration of psychological flexibility(P<0.01).The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the per capita monthly income of families had a negative predictive effect on parental stress,while empirical avoidance and cognitive fusion had positive predictive effect on parental stress,explaining respectively 27%and 37%of the variation in parental stress.Conclusion The parental stress among parents of hearing-impaired children is at a higher level,and psychological flexibility has an important impact on the stress.Enhancing these parents'psychological flexibility can improve their parental stress.关键词
