听障儿童家长亲职压力与心理灵活性的关系研究
Relationship between Parental Stress and Psychological Flexibility in Parents of Hearing Impaired Children

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of parental stress in parents of hearing-impaired children,and to analyze the relationship between parental stress and psychological flexibility.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted on 135 parents of hearing-impaired children using Parental Stress Scale,Acceptance Action Questionnaire-Ⅱ(AAQ-Ⅱ),and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ).Results Parental stress among 47.4％of parents of hearing-impaired children were at high and very high level.There were significant differences in parental stress among parents of hearing-impaired children with different education level and per capita monthly household income(P<0.01);The total score of parental stress and three dimensions including parental distress,dysfunctional parent-child interaction and difficult children among parents of hearing-impaired children were significantly positively correlated with empirical avoidance and cognitive integration of psychological flexibility(P<0.01).The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the per capita monthly income of families had a negative predictive effect on parental stress,while empirical avoidance and cognitive fusion had positive predictive effect on parental stress,explaining respectively 27％and 37％of the variation in parental stress.Conclusion The parental stress among parents of hearing-impaired children is at a higher level,and psychological flexibility has an important impact on the stress.Enhancing these parents'psychological flexibility can improve their parental stress.关键词
