Abstract
Objective Exploring the clinical effect of 1 064 nm Nd∶YAG laser with long pulse width on patients with mild subcutaneous fat accumulation and skin laxity.Methods A total of 35 patients with varying degrees of mild subcutaneous fat accumulation and skin laxity who were admitted to Dalian Dermatology Hospital from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected for cosmetic treatment using a long pulse 1 064 nm Nd∶YAG laser.The subjective satisfaction of patients was counted before treatment,3 months and 6 months,and the severity of nasolabial folds and the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions were evaluated by the Modified Fitzpatrick Wrinkle Scale(MFWS).Results All 35 patients completed the treatment.The patient satisfaction evaluations at 1 month and 6 months after treatment were 82.85%and 65.71%respectively.Two physicians evaluated the therapeutic effect by assessing the types of wrinkles in the photos before and after treatment.The mean baseline MFWS score before treatment was 1.31,which decreased to 0.78 after 1 month of treatment and further was 0.82 after 6 months of treatment.There were no sustained adverse reactions after surgery.Conclusions Long pulse width 1 064 nm Nd∶YAG treatment is a safe and effective method of mid-face tightening.关键词
