Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect and safety of ultra-pulsed fractional carbon dioxide(CO2)laser combined with intense pulsed light in facial skin rejuvenation.Methods Data of 78 patients with facial resuscitation treated by dermatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from October 2021 to October 2024 were retrospectively collected.According to the treatment method,they were divided into two groups with 39 patients.The control group received intense light pulse therapy.and the observation group was treated with ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment was 3 months.The clinical treatment,physiological indexes of facial skin,skin function,adverse reactions and integrity were compared.Results The clinical efficacy in the control group(94.87%)was higher than that in the control group(76.92%)(χ2=6.615,P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the improvement of wrinkles,texture,pores,violet,ultraviolet spots,brown spots,red and spots in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the improvement of tranepidermal water loss(TEWL),cuticle water content and epidermal sebaceous content in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.12%)was lower than that in the control group(20.51%)(χ2=4.129,P<0.05).Six months after treatment,the patients'satisfaction in the observation group(97.44%)was better than that in the control group(84.62%)(χ2=1.130,P<0.05).Conclusions The application of ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with intense pulsed light in facial rejuvenation has a good effect,which can significantly improve the facial skin indexes and barrier function of patients,and has a high safety,and can improve the satisfaction of patients.关键词
