强脉冲光治疗面部敏感性皮肤的临床效果及对皮肤屏障指标的影响
Clinical effect of intense pulsed light therapy on sensitive facial skin and analysis of its impact on skin barrier indicators

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of intense pulsed light therapy on sensitive facial skin and analyze its impact on skin barrier indicators.Methods A total of 120 patients with facial sensitive skin from the Department of Dermatology of the Fifth Hospital of Xiamen from October 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research samples.According to the different treatment methods adopted,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received conventional treatment combined with intense pulsed light therapy.The clinical effects,changes in skin barrier indicators before and after treatment,skin sensitivity index,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The comparison of the clinical treatment effective rate showed that the observation group was significantly higher,with a difference(P<0.05);the comparison of changes in skin moisture content,transepidermal water loss and skin barrier indicators showed that the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the skin sensitivity index of the patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the pain,stinging,burning sensation,itching and tightness of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of adverse reactions(skin redness,itching,pigmentation,skin inflammation)between the two groups of patients showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions Intense pulsed light therapy has significant clinical effects on facial sensitive skin,effectively improving patients'facial sensitivity symptoms and promoting the recovery of skin barrier function.It can be used as an effective means of treating facial sensitive skin.关键词
