水光注射氨甲环酸联合二氧化碳点阵激光在女性黄褐斑面部美容中的应用

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of water-light injection of tranexamic acid combined with fractional laser in the facial cosmetic treatment of female PATIENTS with chloasma.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 120 female patients with melasma who visited Xiamen Xiaozhongjing Yanlige Medical Aesthetics Clinic from June 2023 to December 2024.Patients were divided into a control group and a combination group based on different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,area and severity of facial chloasma,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the basic cure rate of chloasma in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the combined group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in facial chloasma area and chloasma severity index score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the chloasma area and chloasma severity index score of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the combined group was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Water and light injection of trantranyclic acid combined with fractional laser treatment can significantly promote the elimination of color spots,more effectively improve the severity and distribution of patients with facial chloasma,and bring more ideal and lasting treatment effect for patients.Moreover,this combination treatment method is safe and worthy of promotion.关键词
