Abstract
Objective Observation of the effect of Nd∶YAG 1064 nm laser combined with strong pulsed laser on facial beauty of severe acne scars.Methods A total of 116 patients with severe facial acne induced concave scars admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to different irradiation methods,they were divided into Nd∶YAG laser group(35 cases),intense pulsed laser group(38 cases),and combined group(43 cases).The facial acne scar score(ECCA),skin concavity score,and smoothness score of the three groups of patients were compared before and after irradiation;Skin symptoms such as the duration of redness and swelling,burning sensation,pain,scab formation,and scab shedding;Statistics on skin adverse reactions and cosmetic satisfaction among three groups of patients.Results Before irradiation treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in facial acne scar score,skin indentation score,and smoothness score among the three groups of patients(P>0.05).After the end of the irradiation course,the Nd∶YAG laser group and the intense pulsed laser group had lower facial acne scar score,skin indentation score,and smoothness score than the combined group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The duration of skin redness,burning sensation,pain,scab formation,and scab shedding in the combined group were shorter than those in the Nd∶YAG laser group and the intense pulsed laser group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of skin adverse reactions in the combined group was 2.33%,significantly lower than that in the Nd∶YAG laser group(17.14%)and the intense pulsed laser group(15.79%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.245,P=0.039);The cosmetic satisfaction rate of patients in the combined group was 100%,which was higher than that of the Nd∶YAG laser group(91.42%)and the intense pulsed laser group(86.84%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.336,P=0.037).Conclusions The combination of Nd∶YAG 1064 nm laser and strong pulse laser has a significantly better cosmetic effect on severe acne scars than single laser,which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to the irradiated skin and improve patient satisfaction with beauty.关键词
