医用硅凝胶联合超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗增生性瘢痕的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of medical silicon gel combined with superpulsed CO2 dot matrix laser on hypertrophic scar(HS).Methods A total of 86 HS patients admitted to Shishi General Hospital from March 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment plans,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with CO2,and the observation group was treated with medical silicon gel combined with CO2 for 3 months,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Before and after treatment,the scar appearance of the two groups was compared[as assessed by the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)].Adverse reactions were recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,all dimensions and total scores of VSS were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Medical silicon gel combined with CO2 in the treatment of HS can improve the therapeutic effect and the cicatricial status,and has certain application value.关键词
