重组胶原蛋白敷贴配合肉毒毒素对毛孔粗大及皮肤屏障修复的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective This study intends to use the method of rolling needle combined with the introduction of botulinum toxin type A and regular use of recombinant collagen mask to improve facial pores,and explore the clinical efficacy and safety of recombinant collagen mask in improving large pores and skin barrier function.Methods Sixty patients with enlarged pores who were treated at Henan Provincial People's Hospital from October 2024 to January 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Both groups were treated with rolling needles combined with type A botulinum toxin introduction.After a single treatment,the experimental group was regularly treated with recombinant collagen plaster,while the control group was treated with 0.9%sodium chloride solution.A multidimensional evaluation system was used for the study,and digital cameras were taken and scored before treatment,as well as in the first and fourth weeks after treatment.Skin physiological function indicators such as transcutaneous water loss(TEWL),stratum corneum water content,sebum,erythema value(EI),melanin value(MI)were tested,and the subjects'overall aesthetic improvement self-assessment scale(GAIS)was recorded.Adverse reactions during the follow-up period.Results Compared with the control group,the facial pore score of the experimental group significantly decreased at the 4th week after treatment(P<0.05),and various skin physiological function indicators also showed more significant improvement(P<0.05).Longitudinal comparison found that the facial pore score of the experimental group at the 4th week after treatment was significantly lower than that at the baseline(P<0.05),and the skin physiological function indicators also obtained obvious improvement(P<0.05).No adverse events were reported during the entire study period.Conclusions Recombinant collagen mask can safely and effectively improve the skin condition of patients with enlarged pores and enhance the skin barrier function.关键词
