摘要
Abstract
Objective To clinically observe the effect of tranexamic acid combined with 30%salicylic acid in the treatment of post-fractional CO2 laser pigmentation. Methods 80 patients with post-fractional CO2 laser pigmentation admitted to Ningde Hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group, using a random number table method. The control group was treated with oral tranexamic acid, while the observation group was treated with 30%salicylic acid peeling in addition to the control group's treatment. The pigmentation area and color, transepidermal water loss(TEWL),erythema index, improvement in skin symptoms, and treatment effectiveness were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the observation group had a smaller darkening area and lower skin color score than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment, the TEWL value of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group, and the erythema index was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of tranexamic acid combined with 30%salicylic acid in patients with post-fractional CO2 laser pigmentation can more effectively reduce the pigmentation area, improve skin color, decrease transepidermal water loss, lower the erythema index, alleviate skin itching and stinging symptoms, and increase the total effective rate of treatment.关键词
