摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of asiaticoside ointmen combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection in the treatment of scar tissue.Methods A total of 198 patients with keloids admitted to the First People's Hospital of Pingdingshan City from August 2022 to July 2024 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 99 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound betamethasone injection,while the observation group was treated with a combination of centella asiatica cream ointment and compound betamethasone injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The VSS scores of both groups of patients decreased after treatment compared to before treatment,and the VSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The observation group had higher treatment satisfaction and lower recurrence rate,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of asiaticoside ointmen and compound betamethasone injection in the treatment of scar tissue has significant effects,effectively improving scar tissue symptoms,and high patient satisfaction with treatment,with a low long-term recurrence rate.关键词
