纳米微针疗法治疗稳定期肢端型白癜风的疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic effect of nano microneedle therapy on stable limb type vitiligo
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nano microneedle therapy on stable limb type vitiligo.Methods A total of 60 stable limb type vitiligo patients aged 18 years and above who were admitted from January to December 2024 were collected.Two symmetrical skin lesions were listed as observation and control subjects,respectively,for a self-control study.The control group was treated with a 308nm ultraviolet therapy device combined with local topical application of halomethasone cream for stable limb type vitiligo.The observation group used a 308 nm ultraviolet therapy instrument combined with nano microneedles to introduce halometasone cream for the treatment of stable limb type vitiligo.Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the area of skin lesions and white spot pigmentation between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the area of skin lesions decreased and the pigmentation of white patches increased in both groups,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Nano microneedle therapy has good therapeutic effects on stable limb type vitiligo,ideal skin color,high safety,and is worth promoting.关键词
