Abstract
Objective To investigate and compare the clinical effects of hyper-in-situ reduction suture and conventional reduction suture in the treatment of pathologic scar. Methods According to the different treatment methods, among the 79 patients with pathologic scar admitted to the West District Hospital of the First People's Hospital of Nanyang City from July 2022 to July 2024,39 patients who underwent conventional reduction suture were set as the control group, and 40 patients who underwent hyper-in-situ reduction suture were set as the observation group. The incision aesthetics, scar recovery, postoperative adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the 2 groups. Results Before surgery, there was no significant difference in the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)scores between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and at 6 months after surgery, the VSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of scar width and thickness(P>0.05),and 6 months after surgery, the observation group's scar width and thickness were smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hyper-in-situ reduction suture is not only more beautiful than conventional reduction suture for the treatment of pathologic scar, but also more conducive to scar recovery and reduce the probability of recurrence, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
