Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma on the repair of refractory burn wounds.Methods A total of 78 patients with refractory burns who were treated at Liupanshui People's Hospital from December 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,39 patients in the control group were treated with the standard treatment plan,while 39 patients in the observation group were treated with the standard treatment plan combined with autologous platelet-rich plasma.The clinical efficacy,scar scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than that of the control group(79.49%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pigmentation(0.92±0.29),vascular distribution(0.97±0.32),flexibility(1.55±0.46),thickness(1.14±0.35),and total score(4.37±0.62)of the patients in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.26%,which was lower than that in the control group(28.21%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Autologous platelet-rich plasma can significantly improve the repair effect of refractory burn wounds,inhibit scar hyperplasia,and has high safety.关键词
