Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with hydrogel dressing on wound repair in patients with diabetes foot ulcer.Methods From October 2023 to October 2024,88 patients with foot ulcer due to diabetes who were admitted to the 960th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with VSD,and the observation group was treated with hydrogel dressing on the basis of the control group.The two groups were intervened for 3 weeks.After intervention,the pain visual score,Bates Jensen wound assessment scale,and Vancouver scar scale were used to assess and compare the patients'pain,wound healing,and scar conditions.Results After the operation,the pain score,BWAT wound score and scar score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions VSD combined with hydrogel dressing can improve the wound repair effect of diabetes foot ulcer patients.Its combined use can not only accelerate the wound healing process,but also effectively reduce the pain of patients,and reduce the scar formation caused by poor wound healing.关键词
