负压封闭引流术治疗压疮的临床效果影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors affecting the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of pressure ulcer.Methods A total of 210 patients with pressure ulcers who were treated with vacuum sealing drainage were divided into groups according to the wound healing after 14 days of treatment.A total of 168 patients in the control group were reduced by≥25%.A total of 42 cases in the observation group were reduced by<25%.Univariate analysis and binary logistic regression were used to analyze the risk factors affecting the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of pressure ulcer.Results The results of single factor analysis showed that age,pressure sore classification,hypoproteinemia,body mass index,wound cleaning method,suction method and drainage tube patency were related to the clinical effect of negative pressure closed drainage in the treatment of pressure sore(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that combined hypoproteinemia,body mass index(>25.0kg/m2)and drainage tube obstruction were high risk factors leading to poor healing in patients treated with vacuum sealing drainage.The wound cleaning methods of pressure irrigation and intermittent suction were the protective factors for good healing of patients treated with vacuum sealing drainage(P<0.05).Conclusions The poor clinical results of patients with pressure ulcers treated with negative pressure closed drainage are related to patients with hypoproteinemia,body mass index,wound cleaning method,suction method,and drainage tube obstruction.Clinical researchers should attach great importance to patients with high risk factors.Early elimination of relevant factors affecting treatment.关键词
