摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of microscrew orthodontic anchorage on the changes of maxillary teeth in patients with Class ⅡⅠ malocclusion.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 94 patients with Class ⅡⅠmalocclusion in the Third People's Hospital of Puyang City from June 2021 to June 2023.All the patients were divided into control group(47 cases)and study group(47 cases)according to different treatment plans.The time of correction and the changes of hard tissue,soft tissue and maxillary teeth before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The correction time of the control group and the study group was(16.89±1.98)months and(12.75±2.30)months,respectively.The correction time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(t=9.352,P<0.001).After treatment,there were no significant differences in the upper alveolar seat Angle(SNA)and lower alveolar seat Angle(SNB),the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.246,0.936,0.317,all P>0.05),but the occlusal plane and SN plane Angle(OP-SN)decreased in both groups,and the decrease was greater in the study group,the difference is statistically significant(t=6.223,P<0.05).After treatment,the upper lip protrusion and lower lip protrusion in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was more obvious,the difference is statistically significant(t=5.361,3.963,12.278,all P<0.05).In addition,after treatment,the indexes of the Angle between the long axis of the upper central incisor tooth and SN plane(U1-SN)and the vertical distance between the incisor edge of the upper central incisor tooth and NA(U1-NA)were lower than those of the treatment group,and the indexes of U1-Ptm were higher than those before treatment.The increase was more significant in the study group,the difference is statistically significant(t=5.008,3.830,4.860,5.498,all P<0.05).Conclusions Microscrew orthodontic anchorage can promote anterior adduction,improve occlusal relationship and shorten the time of correction significantly in patients with Anglais Class Ⅱ-Ⅰ malocclusion.关键词
