摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of graded nursing interventions based on health quotient assessment in the repair of chronic wound patients. Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic wound repair in the 73rd army hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received graded nursing intervention formulated by health quotient assessment.Compare the changes in wound conditions, psychological states and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention. Results After intervention, the wound recovery of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, specifically manifested as a greater reduction in wound size, faster formation of granulation tissue, and earlier removal of necrotic tissue, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of psychological state improvement, the depression and anxiety scores of both groups of patients decreased significantly, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The health survey scores of both groups of patients were significantly higher than the baseline levels, among which the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions A graded nursing intervention based on health quotient assessment can promote patient recovery, adjust psychological state, reduce negative emotions, and improve quality of life in the repair of chronic wound patients.关键词
