Abstract
Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of scar comprehensive nursing mode combined with psychological intervention on scar appearance satisfaction and social regression in patients with limb burns.Methods A total of 132 patients with limb burn admitted to Suqian Hospital of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from August 2023 to September 2024 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 66 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received scar comprehensive nursing mode combined with psychological intervention.The efficacy of the intervention was assessed by the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS),the Simple Health Status Survey(SF-36),and the Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale(NSNS).Results The physiological function score of the experimental group was(83.94±9.467),which was higher than that of the control group(74.32±10.666).The physiological function score(73.86±22.115)was higher than that of the control group(61.74±24.892).The energy score(78.64±9.709)was higher than that of the control group(75.08±8.615).The social function score(69.129±14.7446)was higher than that of the control group(60.795±13.3168).The mental health score(78.97±6.481)was higher than that of the control group(71.09±5.945),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Vancouver scar scale score of the experimental group was(8.24±1.798),which was lower than that of the control group(10.53±2.555),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Newcastle Nursing satisfaction scale score of the experimental group was(85.92±5.962),higher than that of the control group(76.98±5.593),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Scar comprehensive nursing model combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the scar appearance satisfaction of patients with limb burn and promote their social regression,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
